TRAINING

All my workouts can be performed anywhere and anytime you want. There are workouts for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), working different muscle groups with big accent on functional movements. You can choose between lower body strength, upper body strength, full body strength, core strength, HIIT workouts and stretching exercises. The only equipment you need is yourself, mat and optional free weights (dumbbell, kettlebell) or resistance bands.
